A & H shares Exchange System can cause the bubble collapsed immediately in China Stock Market. While in the long run, it involves exchange of currencies (HK/RMB) freely which affects the Official Pledging Rate 7.80 for HK currencies. We possibly have to release the PLEDGED 7.80 which causes high risk for the stability of HK.
The best way is using the 美國預托證券(ADRs) concept which might possibly has less impact for both the HK & China markets. Our CEO Mr. Tsang is NOT aware of any negative impact that might happen. He is a “YES” man.
AH Shares Hedging is really complicated when it involves different currencies and different market. Once it implements officially, both the HK & China market will drop heavily.
